Optimizing Welding Education: A Deep Dive into Hands-on Training for SMAW Students
Are you a Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) student specializing in Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW)? Have you ever wondered about the impact of hands-on training on your welding skills? Our recent survey delves into the effectiveness of hands-on training for TVL SMAW students. From the duration of study to the most challenging aspects of SMAW, we explore various factors that contribute to the success of hands-on training.
We asked students to rate the effectiveness of hands-on training, their preferences for more hands-on vs theoretical instruction, and their satisfaction levels with the amount of hands-on training provided.
