Understanding Beginner's Anxiety in Paragliding
Paragliding is an exhilarating sport that combines the thrill of flying with the beauty of nature. However, for beginners, it can also be a source of anxiety and fear. To better understand this phenomenon, a survey titled 'Understanding Beginner's Anxiety in Paragliding' was conducted. This survey aimed to gather insights into the factors that contribute to beginners' anxiety, their previous experiences, and the resources they need to overcome it.
The survey consisted of 10 questions designed to explore various aspects of beginners' anxiety in paragliding. Participants were asked about their age, concerns, previous experiences in extreme sports, contributing factors to their anxiety, frequency of anxiety symptoms, coping mechanisms, confidence levels, and support needed. The questionnaire provided multiple choice, single choice, and open-ended questions to gather comprehensive feedback from participants.

1. Age: Participants were divided into age groups ranging from under 18 to 46 or above.
