Equally large, if not more important than just the preparation and conduct of the survey, is its assessment. It allows you to draw conclusions, thanks to which we will get answers to key questions that were the goal of the study prepared by us – both in personal and work life.
Sometimes, however, due to financial reasons or time savings, the assessment of planned activities should take place at the very beginning – even before their implementation. It is worth to reach for the so-called an ex ante evaluation that will allow you to identify the need for a given action first and foremost.
In other situations, the ex-post evaluation of a given phenomenon – only after its implementation – will be more accurate to analyze the material collected or to draw final conclusions.
