Payment for subscription

How can I pay for an account subscription?

PayU is our payment operator, thanks to which you will pay conveniently by card or by online transfer. In addition, you can generate a pro forma invoice for accounting.

I paid for the account. How long will I wait for activation?

In the case of a fee through the PayU service, the waiting time for activation depends on the payment confirmation between the bank from which the payment was made and the PayU service and is from a few seconds (for so-called quick internet transfers) to several days (when paying by traditional bank transfer). Activation is carried out automatically when the payment is confirmed. In the case of payments with a pro-forma invoice, the account is activated within 24 hours after the payment is credited to our account.

I received an email saying that my account has been activated/extended, but I do not see any changes in my account. What to do?

To view changes related to the extension or activation of the account, log out and re-log in to the panel.

I represent a company, how can I sign a contract?

We invite you to contact our sales department. We will guide you through the process of buying a subscription on our platform.

Can I pay in advance for a few months?

Of course. We offer the possibility of paying for 2, 3, 6 or 12 months. It’s worth remembering that when you pay for the whole year, you get two months for free.

Can I get an invoice for the purchase of an account?

Of course. All you have to do is select this option on the payment screen for your account. If you pay using the PayU system, the invoice is sent to your e-mail address automatically when the payment is posted. If you pay via a pro-forma invoice, the invoice will be sent within 24 hours of posting the transfer.

What will happen to my account when the subscription expires?

Your account will be frozen until you pay for the service. The surveys created by you will automatically cease to be active, and the results of the surveys will be removed after 30 days.

Can my company or organization get a discount?

Only in the case of the VIP package, prices are agreed in an individual contract. You can contact us to an individual quote. If you represent a non-profit organization, we will be happy to help you tailor the plan to your needs.

My account is valid until 4.04. Does it mean that by 23:59:59 on 4.04 or until 23:59:59 on 3.04?

The account is valid until the end of the day specified as the expiration date, i.e. for 4.04 it will be 23:59:59.

Can I move to a higher package, ie Enterprise or VIP? What will happen to my current account?

Yes. You can change account to a higher at any time. All you need to do is choose the right option when paying for your account. In case of switching to a VIP account, it is necessary to contact our sales department. The current account and the questionnaires and data stored in it remain unchanged, only the limits are increased and new features available in the selected package appear.
