Product-Market Fit Research

In this quick product study, we ask how our customers would feel if they could no longer use our product from tomorrow. The answers indicate the degree of disappointment, lack of it, and customers who do not use our offer anyway, so they would not even notice the change. In the market fit survey, it is worth asking about competitors’ solutions that would fill the gap created after the withdrawal of your product from the market. It is a way to understand what your competition is.

How to interpret the results of the product fit test? In general, the more respondents who would be very disappointed in losing access to your product, the better. It means that your product is well suited to the market. According to some studies, a brand achieves product/market fit when the ratio is 40% or more. 

However, it is worth interpreting the result by taking into account, among others:

  • the specifics of the industry,
  • other indicators measuring your market share,
