Sharing surveys as part of the VIP package

As part of the VIP package on Startquestion platform, it is possible to share surveys with other website users. This is possible due to the fact that the VIP package allows access to several users. Surveys made available in this way may be available in to modes: Read-Only or Full-access.

Share questionnaires

In order to share the survey with another user, you have to first select the appropriate survey. To do this, go to the Create tab (1), and then select: Surveys (2). Select the questionnaire you want to choose (3), and then click the Share button (4) at the top of the screen.

Then click Add accounts, which is to select the email address of those users (5) to whom you want to share the survey. You can decide whether you give a specific user full access, or only allow reading data (6). A message will be sent to the selected e-mail address with information about creating an account along with the password to access the startquestion.com service as part of your Enterprise package.

  • Full access

This access gives you the full opportunity to manage your survey. In this case, it is possible not only to access the results, but also to change the settings or content of the survey, as well as to remove the survey or its fragments (pages, questions, etc.).

To remove access to a given user, simply uncheck his account in the list in the above Share survey view and save the changes. The account will remain on the list but will not have access to the survey.

  • Read-only – all results

This is limited access. The user to whom the questionnaire was available will only be able to view the questionnaire itself as well as the collected results . However, he or she will not be able to edit the survey, its content or form, or any settings.

That’s it. Confirm the changes made with the Save button.

Worth to remember:

  • In case the filter is removed, the user to whom the survey with the filter has been made available will completely lose access to the survey.
  • Shared surveys will be displayed to the user in the panel in a separate section below his own surveys.
